Who is eligible for this plate?
Any owner of a motor vehicle required to be registered for KY Highways under provisions KRS186.050 (1) or (3) may apply for a special spay/neuter license plate.

Steps Required:
Apply for License Plate at the County Clerk's Office.

Decal Expires:
Customer's Birth Month

Remarks:
If the vehicle has a "regular" registration plate, it must be returned to the county clerk's office. Credit will be given on the remaining "regular" registration.
