Any owner of a motor vehicle required to be registered for Kentucky highways who are a member of Ducks Unlimited.

Submit proof to the county clerk that the applicant is a member of Ducks Unlimited.

Remarks:
If the vehicle has a "regular" registration plate, that plate must be turned in to the County Clerk. Credit will be given for any months remaining on the "regular" registration. $10.00 of the initial and renewal fee goes to Kentucky Ducks Unlimited.
