Steps Required:
Present an identification card to the county clerk issued by the National Office of the Civil Air Patrol.

Remarks:
This plate may be issued to any 6,000 lb. commercial truck or passenger vehicle owned, leased or provided by any employer. The initial cost includes $5.00 which goes to the Veterans Trust Fund. A minimum of $5.00 may be donated to the Veterans Trust Fund at the time of the Renewal. This type of plate is issued every five years, and will be replaced in the year 2003 and every 5th year after.
