Who is eligible for this plate?
Any licensed motor vehicle dealer who has donated or loaned a motor vehicle for use in a civic event.

Steps Required:
A dealer must submit an application for the use of the civic event license plate to the Department of Vehicle Regulation for approval at lease sixty (60) days prior to the scheduled civic event. The application should contain the name of the event, the date and duration of the event, and the number of vehicles being loaned or donated to the civic event.

Remarks:
"The Commissioner of the Department of Vehicle Regulation shall approve or deny the use of the civic event plate within thirty (30) days after receiving the application and inform the applicant of his decision. The applicant shall provide the Department of Vehicle Regulations the vehicle identification numbers of all the vehicles being loaned or donated to the civic event at least ten (10) days prior to the date approved for the use of the civic event plate(s).
